Participation terms

1. Participation is available only to private individuals residing in the EU or Switzerland, after manual approval and acceptance of these terms. Commercial partners are excluded. You must inform us if your participation becomes commercial.
2. A code can be redeemed once by a new account created after the program launch that has never paid for a subscription. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts created to obtain rewards and misleading promotion are prohibited. When sharing a code, disclose that you may receive a reward.
3. The customer receives the additional calendar months shown before ordering. Payment details are collected during checkout. The subscription becomes payable after the trial unless canceled beforehand. A code does not track website visits.
4. The reward is earned once after a fully paid regular subscription invoice with an actual successful Stripe payment above zero. Trial invoices, account-credit-only payments and manually marked payments do not qualify. The reward becomes available after 30 days without refund or payment dispute. A normal cancellation without refund does not remove it.
5. Any refund of the qualifying payment reverses the reward. A dispute or documented abuse suspends it. If a dispute is won, the reward is restored subject to the original waiting period. Already used rewards may create a negative balance offset against future rewards; we do not automatically charge your card to recover this balance.
6. Available credit automatically pays your own future subscription invoices after other earned discounts. At the published minimum balance you can request a manual EUR bank transfer of the entire available balance. Requests reserve that amount until paid, rejected or canceled. Only one request may be open. No top-ups, transfers to other users or third-party purchases are supported.
7. Reward amount and trial extension are fixed with each order. The payout threshold in force when requesting payment applies. Program pauses, code changes and deactivation stop new referrals but do not remove legitimate existing claims. Co-founders retain their free access while holding that role and may also participate as affiliates.
8. Your name, address, country and payout bank details are used for settlement and evidence. Bank details are stored encrypted. Settlement records are retained for applicable legal retention periods; referral details are minimized. Rewards may have tax consequences; we do not promise tax exemption. Statements do not separately show VAT for private rewards.
